“My boss won’t let me.”
“I can’t afford this.”
“I don’t have the time.”
“I’m too old (or young) for that kind of stuff.”
“I don’t have permission.”
Quit writing someone else’s story.
Those things don’t have to be you.
Write the life you are supposed to live.
You are the hero of your story.
Start acting like one.
Interesting enough to point out. Every single story follows these seven elements:
- A character
- With a conflict
- Meets a guide
- Who gives them a plan
- Is called to action
- Engages with conflict
- Results as a comedy or tragedy
